Who We Are

Vandachrome blends cinematic craft with marketing strategy. We plan with the end platform in mind—story, hook, pacing—and deliver assets that look premium and perform on Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and web.

Founded in 2022 by Ben Spiro—an ex-Compass Realtor and life-long photographer—Vandachrome was built to make production seamless for South Florida’s luxury markets: waterfront real estate, yacht brokers, automotive dealers/collectors, hospitality, and high-growth brands. We’re based in Miami and can travel for shoots.

After the University of Miami, Ben spent 2+ years in luxury residential real estate at Compass before shifting full-time into production. For nearly a decade he’s shot, edited, and directed content across lifestyle, commercial, and social—pairing on-set discipline with platform fluency.

  • We provide full-service photography and video production in Miami and beyond—real estate, yachts, luxury autos, lifestyle/brand, and social media content. Deliverables include drone photo/video, listing films, reels/TikToks, interviews, product spots, and campaign assets, plus creative direction, scripting, and social media strategy.

  • We’re based in Miami and serve South Florida (Miami Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, the Keys, Naples) and nationwide. Yes—our team travels for destination shoots; travel fees are itemized up-front.

  • Luxury real estate, yacht charters/brokers, automotive dealers and private collections, hospitality, and lifestyle brands. We tailor creative for high-end listings and premium products that demand cinematic visuals.

  • We quote per-project based on scope: pre-production, shoot time, crew, equipment, locations/permits, and post-production. Common options include half-day/day rates, flat packages for real estate/yachts, and monthly content retainers for ongoing social media.

  • A deposit is typically required to secure dates, with the balance due at delivery. We accept ACH, credit card, or wire; vendor onboarding is available for corporate clients.

  • Most projects include two rounds of revisions to fine-tune pacing, music, and titles. Additional revisions or alternate edits (e.g., ad variants) can be added to the scope.

  • Absolutely. We plan hooks, on-screen text, and punchy cuts designed for Reels/TikTok/Shorts, and deliver platform-ready exports. We can also build content calendars and consult on posting strategy and growth.

  • Photos: usually 24–72 hours. Short-form videos/reels: 3–7 business days. Longer edits/brand films: 7–14 business days. Rush delivery is available.

  • Professional color grading, sound mix, clean cuts for multiple aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1), light retouching/sky replacement as needed, and licensed music. Advanced graphics, captions, and VFX are available as add-ons.

  • Turnaround time is based on the size of the project and agreed upon before shooting commences. If that timeline changes or is sensitive, we do offer expedited turnaround for time sensitive projects.

  • If there are any client comments or requested changes, Vanda offers a complimentary round of revisions. After that round, if more revisions happen to be necessary, there will be an additional editing fee.

  • We know life is unpredictable, so if there is a last minute change (within 48hr before shoot), we are happy to reschedule based on availability but there will be a $200 rescheduling fee. We are happy to accommodate other rescheduling, within reason.

  • Photos: print-ready JPEG/TIFF and MLS-optimized sets. Video: 4K H.264/H.265 (ProRes on request) plus vertical and square cuts. Watermarked review links are shared via Frame.io/Drive for feedback.

  • Yes—retainers are ideal for brokerages, yacht fleets, dealerships, and brands needing consistent content. Packages can include a set number of shoot days, reels, photo sets, and monthly strategy calls.

  • Welcome to Florida! We monitor forecasts and will reschedule weather-impacted outdoor shoots at no fee for the first move. Boat and drone days are wind-dependent; we’ll advise backup windows.

  • Yes—we frequently integrate with agencies and brand teams, following creative briefs and brand guidelines, and delivering layered project files/titles if required.

  • Declutter and stage key areas; detail vehicles/boats; secure dock times and ensure shore power; hide personal items; turn on all lights; and plan for quiet windows during interviews. We’ll send a tailored prep checklist before shoot day.
