Monthly cadence. 12–16 vertical edits + 10–15 photos per shoot day; hook testing (A/B), caption pack, content calendar.

Track Day Essentials
Up to 4 hours. Pits + on-track sessions. 45–60 edited photos + 45–90s highlight reel. Turnaround: 3–5 business days.

Full-Day Coverage
8–10 hours. Practice/qualy/heats, paddock stories, podium. 120–180 photos + 60–120s highlight + 2–3 verticals for socials. Optional same-day selects.

Race Weekend
Multi-day. 200–300 photos/day, 90–150s recap, 3–5 verticals/day, driver/team sound bites. Media desk delivery each evening.

Safety & permissions: We follow event rules, marshal guidance, and pit-lane protocols; drone/rig/FPV only where authorized.

FAQs

  • We’re based in Miami and serve South Florida (Miami Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, the Keys, Naples) and nationwide. Yes—our team travels for destination shoots; travel fees are itemized up-front.

  • Absolutely. We plan hooks, on-screen text, and punchy cuts designed for Reels/TikTok/Shorts, and deliver platform-ready exports. We can also build content calendars and consult on posting strategy and growth.

  • Professional color grading, sound mix, clean cuts for multiple aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1), light retouching/sky replacement as needed, and licensed music. Advanced graphics, captions, and VFX are available as add-ons.

  • Turnaround time is based on the size of the project and agreed upon before shooting commences. If that timeline changes or is sensitive, we do offer expedited turnaround for time sensitive projects.

  • If there are any client comments or requested changes, Vanda offers a complimentary round of revisions. After that round, if more revisions happen to be necessary, there will be an additional editing fee.

  • We know life is unpredictable, so if there is a last minute change (within 48hr before shoot), we are happy to reschedule based on availability but there will be a $200 rescheduling fee. We are happy to accommodate other rescheduling, within reason.

  • Photos: print-ready JPEG/TIFF and MLS-optimized sets. Video: 4K H.264/H.265 (ProRes on request) plus vertical and square cuts. Watermarked review links are shared via Frame.io/Drive for feedback.

  • Declutter and stage key areas; detail vehicles/boats; secure dock times and ensure shore power; hide personal items; turn on all lights; and plan for quiet windows during interviews. We’ll send a tailored prep checklist before shoot day.

  • Welcome to Florida! We monitor forecasts and will reschedule weather-impacted outdoor shoots at no fee for the first move. Boat and drone days are wind-dependent; we’ll advise backup windows.
