Frequently asked questions.
What services do you offer?
We provide full-service photography and video production in Miami and beyond—real estate, yachts, luxury autos, lifestyle/brand, and social media content. Deliverables include drone photo/video, listing films, reels/TikToks, interviews, product spots, and campaign assets, plus creative direction, scripting, and social media strategy.
Where do you work? Do you travel?
We’re based in Miami and serve South Florida (Miami Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, the Keys, Naples) and nationwide. Yes—our team travels for destination shoots; travel fees are itemized up-front.
Are you licensed and insured for drone work?
Yes—our drone operators are FAA Part 107–certified. We handle airspace checks and can assist with waivers/authorizations when required.
What industries do you specialize in?
Luxury real estate, yacht charters/brokers, automotive dealers and private collections, hospitality, and lifestyle brands. We tailor creative for high-end listings and premium products that demand cinematic visuals.
How do you price projects?
We quote per-project based on scope: pre-production, shoot time, crew, equipment, locations/permits, and post-production. Common options include half-day/day rates, flat packages for real estate/yachts, and monthly content retainers for ongoing social media.
What’s your typical turnaround time?
Photos: usually 24–72 hours. Short-form videos/reels: 3–7 business days. Longer edits/brand films: 7–14 business days. Rush delivery is available.
What’s included in editing?
Professional color grading, sound mix, clean cuts for multiple aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1), light retouching/sky replacement as needed, and licensed music. Advanced graphics, captions, and VFX are available as add-ons.
How many revision rounds are included?
Most projects include two rounds of revisions to fine-tune pacing, music, and titles. Additional revisions or alternate edits (e.g., ad variants) can be added to the scope.
How should a property, boat, or car be prepped for the shoot?
Declutter and stage key areas; detail vehicles/boats; secure dock times and ensure shore power; hide personal items; turn on all lights; and plan for quiet windows during interviews. We’ll send a tailored prep checklist before shoot day.
Do you handle permits, locations, and logistics?
Yes—we can scout locations, advise on timing (golden hour, tides/wind for drone/yachts), coordinate permits (e.g., Miami Beach), and manage talent, HMU, and set logistics.
Can you create content specifically for social media?
Absolutely. We plan hooks, on-screen text, and punchy cuts designed for Reels/TikTok/Shorts, and deliver platform-ready exports. We can also build content calendars and consult on posting strategy and growth.
What deliverable formats do you provide?
Photos: print-ready JPEG/TIFF and MLS-optimized sets. Video: 4K H.264/H.265 (ProRes on request) plus vertical and square cuts. Watermarked review links are shared via Frame.io/Drive for feedback.
Do you offer monthly retainers?
Yes—retainers are ideal for brokerages, yacht fleets, dealerships, and brands needing consistent content. Packages can include a set number of shoot days, reels, photo sets, and monthly strategy calls.
What about usage rights and licensing?
Standard projects include broad usage on your owned channels (web, email, socials, MLS). Paid media, third-party marketplaces, or sublicensing to partners may require extended licensing—just tell us where the content will live.
What if the weather doesn’t cooperate?
Welcome to Florida! We monitor forecasts and will reschedule weather-impacted outdoor shoots at no fee for the first move. Boat and drone days are wind-dependent; we’ll advise backup windows.
Can you work with our agency or in-house team?
Yes—we frequently integrate with agencies and brand teams, following creative briefs and brand guidelines, and delivering layered project files/titles if required.
Do you require a deposit? What payment methods do you accept?
A deposit is typically required to secure dates, with the balance due at delivery. We accept ACH, credit card, or wire; vendor onboarding is available for corporate clients.
How do we get started?
Share your goals, examples you like, timelines, locations, and any must-have shots. We’ll recommend a creative approach, confirm scope, and lock dates with a simple proposal and production schedule.
